LOCATION The former ice cream freezer in the old Pine State creamery has been transformed into a sophisticated urban setting for experiencing food and wine. The sleek new finishes of the maple and stainless steel bar and dining room contrast the patina of old brick with many layers of paint. The interior design speaks to the traditional/modern approach to wine and cuisine. It is the dialog between the old and the new that creates a rich palette of material and texture. The space combines bar and dining with views into the kitchen creating a casual and lively environment for a serious dinner or a spontaneous rendezvous with friends. Leather club chairs, warm wood finishes and soft hues of yellow make for a room of comfort and conviviality.
